On or in? OK, tomato, cuke, red onion, some kind of gooey cheese like Feta, Greek olives, parsley, salt, pepper, oregano, a whisper of garlic, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, or Grape Seed Oil, dash of vinegar or lemon, Avacado if available.... They call it a Greek Salad, California style.

Peppers, cherry tomatoes, thin slices of orange, iceburg lettuce, spring onion, cucumber. All drizzled with a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar. yum yum, get in ma belly!

Craisins, blue cheese, pears, chick peas, cherry tomatos, cucumbers with rasberry vingerette dressing. Try it! Maybe add cut up chicken breasts, you'll love it.
