First of all be honest with your parents, secondly learn to spell before you get your diploma. Thirdly wait till your in your early twenties to consider marriage.

Do not get married until you are ready. Marriage is not something to take lightly. You can't just "not be married" any more. If you love him, just keep dating, don't get married until you've been together for longer. Knowing each other and Dating for awhile isn't the same thing. There are things you find out about each other when you get married (living together) that you had no idea about until you've married. Same goes with dating for a long amount of time. Give it at least another year.

This is said from experience.
Good luck.

I'm a senior in high school as well, and even I think it's far too soon for you to get married. At our age we really don't know what we want for the rest of our life. Plus, there are many other things we should be focusing on besides planning a wedding. There's of course a possibility everything would be ok if you and your bf got married after you graduate, but it's very unlikely. I think you should continue dating him, but make your studies and college your main focus, and see what comes of it. As you two advance in college you may find that you're not totally compatible or that there are too many differences you can't work out. I really hope everything works out for the best though :)

From alot of experience with young couples marrying bright out of high school, your right; you want to wait a few years. Both of you need to experience life for awhile before settling down for the rest of your lifes and the chances of survival are higher. If youre willing to marry him for eternity then a few more years of waiting wont hurt. Youll definitely be glad you did. Good luck and congrats

Tell him that you do want to marry him. Tell him that you want both of you to go to college and get a good education, you can still be together and still be engaged. If you do this, the entire rest of your life will be so much easier.

Way too soon! Wait until you are 25 or older, finished school and college, have a stable job and know what you want to be when you grow up.

Tell him that yes you want to marry him however not until after you graduate from college. IF he pushes the issue or gives you an ultimatum tell he then the wedding is a no go. If he can't wait until after you graduate from college then No.

You should tell him that you have decided that you want to have a long engagement, or you both should wait. You feel that you might be rushing into this to soon!

If you have any doubts then DON'T DO IT!! Marriage is supposed to be forever! That is longer than four months! You are very young. Please consider college, after that if it is still what you want to do then go for it.

It's too soon. Find out if it's really what you want to do, no one can answer that for you. If you love him, fine. If you want to wait, he should respect that..
