Women are women. Race is just perception and culture.
Be nice, use your senses. Be charming and take a chance.
"Opposite race"? What is that anyway. You are likely to get hurt, badly, if you don't figure out your attitude and perception before you get into a conversation. You bias and bigoty are showing and ANYONE could figure them, and you, out.

Race shouldn't matter. If you genuinely like a girl just flirt and see how she reacts. Be friendly but not overbearing and she just might flirt back.

in most cases we speak and gesture and listen and make facial expressions. try talking to the woman. try not to use too many grunts in each sentence...
