AOL has a free security suite. You will have to establish a free email account with them to use it.

If you are asking for way to "crack" pay programs like Norton, McAfee and others, you are in violation of the Yahoo Terms of Service that can result in your complete account being deleted. This is also against the law and the YTOS clearly states they will provide information to Law Enforcement about illegal activities. You are well known to Yahoo and are only anonymous to other users on Answers.

To the best of my knowledge there's no complete security suite for free around.
BUT you can be alright all the same.
As for VIRUSES: excellent free AV are Avast and Antivir (see links below).
As for SPYWARE there are quite a few good ones. I suggest Spybot or Ad-Aware (links below)
Windows firewall for me is good enough - ZoneAlarm is free but often creates more problems than it solves;
Finally, for SPAM, all you have to do is stop using Outlook and install Thunderbird, a wonderful email client with incorporated antispam.

.
You have asked for a FREE anti-virus program.
1.
The best one I recommend, and have used for 3 years is free AVAST Home Edition.
http://avast.com/eng/avast_4_home.html...
Install > run > do a thorough scan
and allow it to run on your computer all the time.
2.
If you also want a free program to scan for adware and spyware use
Ad-Aware SE Personal from Lavasoft
http://www.lavasoftusa.com/products/ad-aware_se_personal.php
this program does not run all the time. You should use it once a week to find mal-ware, and spyware that anti-virus programs do not pick-up as a virus.

But most of them ore only free trials. 1 things though. DO NOT get Norton even if it is free. And AVG free version is aswome too. It's excellent when you add AVG Spyware.
