Where can i get a Weather Machine for the sims 2 for free???

Yes i know that it is on the simslice butim only 15 and i do not have money to pay for it so if you have it or got a free one can you help me out

As far as I know you can either buy the one on simslice.com or wait and buy the new expansion pack that's coming out soon "Let's talk about weather" from EA games.
