i'm coming in from the East Coast to spend NYE with close friends who I don't get to see very often. We want to go over the top, money isn't really an issue, we want to get all dressed up and paint the town! So, looks like the best thing is the 16th St. Mall party? What do tickets cost and do most people dress up for the festivities? What type of a party is it and how many people? bands? food, drink, etc..? thanks a million!

16st mall is awesome, if you have cash(lots of it) but house parties are better,....you could stay up till 5 and don't have to worry about driving home drunk, you'll have a place to sleep./..that's what we did this past new years.
