last night i inserted an object into my rectum and lost it i have tried exlax and many other meds also i have tried digging it out with my fingers do you know how i could retrieve it?its 45 min to the closest dr. and i dont have a drive help me?

It wasn't alive was it? Because then you're screwed.
Don't dig, you may push it up farther. Wait for the ex-lax. It could take 8 hrs or so. If you only took 2, take 2 more and drink alot.

Possibly it will come out with your next bowel movement. If not, you MUST see a doctor so there will be no infection which could be very dangerous for you.
