Hi. I just bought my iPod video a few days ago and it has been working fine, now a few days after it wont play videos. I just disconnected it one day (the right way ejecting it) and didn't use it until the next day. When I turned it on i went and tried playing my video but all I get is the information, and album art and stuff. The TV Shows dont work, my Video Podcast dont work, not even the Music Videos. The stuff is all legaly downloaded from iTunes so I am sure it dosen't have anything bad (I think so). Any idea. By the way it is 30 GB, fifth generation, black. Brand New Never Been Dropped Or Anything Like That. Please Help!

Since your ipod is brand new, it will be setted on TV Off on the video settings. Make sure that when you go on the video settings, there will be something called "TV Out". Make sure you put off so the video can show. The only time you will put it on as on is when you are connecting your ipod to the tv so you can watch it on the TV.

check the settings. make sure they are set correctly. (go to preferences). also if you have itunes 7.0, upgrade to itunes 7.02. the 7.0 caused problems with many ipods. if the settings are correct, the ipod is still under warranty so you can take it to apple's genius bar and get the problem resolved.

Hmmmm..... this is a tricky one. You didn't imput all the information that would help. There is one website (you can trust it, I used it) that automaticly fixes most of your iPod's problems. I forget what it is bug google "automatic iPod fixer".
