Funny thing, i just found this ad just before i saw your question
well, you might have to go to this camp called 'Thumb camp'
yea, its this camp right, and there is like, thumb stuff equipment, diets, exercises, strectches, practice matches...... you name it, they'll give you a thumbs up..

Stretching. It is very important for thumb to be limber when going into battle. Do a bit of strength training, but not too much. Do not want thumb to get too bulky.
