what benefits does standard testing or what is best testing methods????

"Standardized" means everyone is held to the same criteria.

Benefits: Hmmm. Does learning to fill in multiple choice bubbles count?
Just kidding. But I guess that about the only benefit of standardized testing is to analyze how well you take tests.

Standardized tests let students, schools, parents, and the community know how specific students and schools as a whole compare with others--both locally and nationwide. They evaluate everybody on the same criteria and have less outside bias than most locally prepared forms of evaluation. They also provide a way of seeing whether students have improved from year to year, whether they have actually learned things they can remember over time.
