what might this possibly be? I have been tested already for every std possible even though I do not have unprotected sex. Sometimes when I wear a certain pair of jeans, I get pain in my pelvic region. I have regular pap smears. Also sometimes I get swelling in the left side of my pelvic area accompanying the pain. I have been to the doctor who does not do the proper testing, been to the ER when pain is severe for them to tell me nothing is wrong after doing NO testing whatsoever, give me an ibuprofen and send me home because I'm uninsured.
I need to know what this may be so I can demand that they check for it. Something is wrong and I need to find out what it is. please help. It isn't PID either I have been checked for it. Also in my 2 previous marriages, I was not able to get pregnant, after a few years of trying.

it isn't a problem of lubrication. It isn't pain going in, it's deep pain in my abdominal region, particularly the pelvic area.
And no his "wiener" isn't too big.

I have a few ideas.
To narrow it down...if the pain is in the middle of the pelvis, it is usually from your uterus. If it is on one side, or both, it is usually from the fallopian tuves or ovaries. Since you mentioned left side pain, I am guessing it's the latter.
If it is during deep thrusting it could be endometriosis, a tilted uterus, or adhesions or fibroids.
Also, try to avoid using douche, scented pantyliners, pads, or tampons, perfumed bath salts or bubbles, or not cotton panties. This can rule out an allergy that you are transferring the allergen inside. I am guessing this is not the problem, again, from the left side pain. Just want to be thorough.
The one side pain could mean ovarian cysts if it feels real deep in your body. Deep thrusting can hurt an ovary if the ovary isn't quite in the right place. A cyst can last a few months then burst and go away. Since you've had this for a while they aren't likely to go away on their own. When they get big they can cause pressure on the bowels or bladder. A large cyst should be felt during an internal pelvic exam then they follow up with ultrasound to be sure.
Endometriosis can reduce fertility. It can cause pain during sex and painful periods. You have to have a laproscopy to diagnose this completely. Being on the pill can regulate hormones and help this. I have a friend who got pregnant 3 months after having surgery for this. She had tried for years!
A tipped uterus is a cause of infertility too. The symptoms are usually pain during sex and during your period. Sometimes you have trouble using tampons and some urine leakage. Your doctor should of found this during a pelvic exam.
Well, I tried to tell you the basics of everything i can think of. If one sounds likely, you might try to research it more on the net. I may of missed some details since I just know of the general problems with this.
I know that some mental problems with sex can cause painful intercourse, but that wouldn't explain the certain pair of jeans that hurt. But the mind always surprises me when I see what a little bit of resentment or bottled up anger will do.
If I had to guess....endometriosis.
Good luck!

Because you are so stressed out about you medical problems, it is possible that you are not lubricated enough during sex so that's why it's painful. You can try KY Jelly for lubrication.
Did you ever do fertility testing to see why you are having problems getting pregnant?
I advise you do if it's disturbing you so much even though it's may be expensive.
Glad to hear how you are responsible and getting pap smears every year & hopefully you fertility problems will be resolved .

Well this sounds kindof like my cousin.
This happened to her for awhile and then came to Ohio for treatment. They didn't know what was wrong with her.
But later on they figured out it was Goodpasture's Syndrome a very rare kidney disease. (An autoimmune disease that attacks the kidneys first, then the lungs)
I have no idea why one of her symptoms of knowing something was wrong was pain during intercourse though.
I would be careful.
NOTE: I am not sure though, so don't take it seriously if you do not have it.

I had some pain kind of like that before. It turns out one of my ovaries was sick. It caused alot of pain and pressure. It had to be removed and then the problem was gone. They said that sometimes it just happens but they don't know why or what causes it. Just thought I would share with you. Best of luck to you.

well it sounds like nobody believes you. I would contact a new doctor and ask questions about it or go on line to a heath web page. I would call and talk with a doctor or and see how much it would cost you and let them run test on you. sorry nobody listens. It is like they don't care unless you are in accident then they help.

Maybe you're tearing your hymen (due to the fact you're a virgin). I'm sexually energetic so none of that hurts. I suppose it is simply your hymen and prefer you are no longer thoroughly tearing it so whenever you check out it hurts.
