I don't know what is wrong with me. i guess i'm just not feeling good.

Well First of all I'd need to know what You're feeling bad about. What are your sympthyoms ?
Is it physical illness or from the mind or heart.
Sometimes we can help ourselfs feel better by stopping to think- What's making me feel bad.
I know I feel bad if I could have done something to help a friend, but didn't.
I could not have eaten the food that made me sick.
But most of all, my not feeling good is my post polio syndrom,
Not much I can do about it, but try to look on the brighter side, I know lots of people are in worse shape- I pray for them.
I exercise, as best I can- Some people are not able to exercise.
Just try to think your problem over, Decide what you can do to make you feel better, Maybe even seeing a doctor.

Because of your name, I am assuming that you play volleyball. Maybe you are just wearing yourself out. The amount of exercise you get can affect how you feel. Too much and you get worn down. Not enough and your body responds negatively. Try to evaluate the amount that you are getting and adjust your schedule accordingly. Also, vitamins and supplements can help if your diet lacks the proper nutrients. Hope you feel better.

If you're not feeling good in a "sick" sort of way, try taking some vitamins, a multi-vitamin some C and some Zinc.

If you're not feeling good mentally, try doing something special for yourself, call a friend who generally lightens your mood and do something fun.

take a nap....works for me all the time. I just take a nap and try to start over whether its a bad day, headache, body ache, or whatever. Just take a nap for a good hour or so and you'll feel better

..works for me at least

listen to some music that makes you feel good

I agree with Cindylou, when I walk round the reservoir and I forget my current worries.. go for a walk in a green wild area.

If you stay in P&S for very long, some of the questions may make you barf (not yours, yours actually made sense!) and then maybe you'd feel better.

drink some ginger ale or some flat pop and plenty of water
eat some dry toast, sleep a lot, keep warm....if you get a high fever, keep it down by having a cool bath, and keep cool wash clothes near your vital points (like under your arms. groins)

Try and think of things that make you happy!! Do things you want to do and talk to someone and get this feeling of your chest

Take your vitamins, drink lots of water, and get some exercise. That works everytime.
