China makes most of its own weapons and is a prolific arms exporter, especially to Middle-Eastern countries.
The silkworm missiles fired at coalition ships by Iraq were made in China.
However, the bulk of technology now used by China is supplied by the USA.
So are you suggesting that the USA imposes sanctions on itself ?
