When i was marketing a hotel I worked at I ad swopped ie... they linked our website and vise versa , find associated sites e.g.

We linked our page to the local nightclub as they got lots of hits from outside the area so we get run off from their customers and when our clients check out our website they see the clubs link, we both get extra custom for a simple link, works on the web too.
