well if she is the kind of girl that likes to go shopping then, take her shopping! if she is the kind of "its the thought that counts," then something that you made for her she needs... like a shoe rack, a jewelery box, or even something to help here around the kitchen. she your wife for crying out loud, you should know what she likes.
