For Actors: I couldn't think of one... So I'll pick two actress...
1) Paris Hilton (no surprise there), Just because she made a porno she thinks that she can act. And her whiny character on the simple life isn't helping her image at all. If Paris really wanted to help herself she'd spend more time getting acting lessons from an art school and less time on her knees in front of a future heroin addict/porn director.
2) Britney Spears, even though she has done something right (K-Fed gets DA' boot) The fact remains that she will now have to pay him $30,000.00 a month for the next 12 Months because she wouldn't make him sign the Pre-nup. For that action I am very annoyed with her however it is only temporary and hopefully she'll stay on the straight and narrow and teach her son not to be an idiot like his dad.

Tom Cruise, all those teenie boppers like Lindsey Lohan, The Sheen kinfolk (except Emmiiillliiioooo), Brad Pitt (even although he's warm), all the different wanna be actors and actresses like Paris Hilton

I LOVE the show Hannah Montana, don't get me wrong it's just that Miley really annoys me. She says " I want to help people", but sometimes all she does is brag about herself." I got everything I ever wanted, livin' the dream "
"Who said , who said i can't be ten feet tall, who said who said i can't have it all." even in the show she acts annoying with Jake. She betrays her friend for him, says sorry and then kisses him what is up with that! I still like her, but sometimes she can be annoying, besides I like Emily Osment better.
