Much of the time. But in the past couple of months I have met someone who, through many long conversations, has helped me to be nicer to myself. He is much the same as me, and I think we have worked as a great team to help each other be better people :)

i'm truthfully greater extreme of myself than others. I truthfully have an particularly liberal opinion of others, I continuously see the solid in people and see their beneficial factors and so on yet i'm lots greater durable on myself or perhaps with the undeniable fact that i don't beat myself up approximately each and every thing yet there'll continuously be something i will have carried out a sprint better! individuals can do what they like and that i does not criticise (except they have been impolite or disgusting).

Most definitely, but many of us are. We are our own worst critics. And that is a shame, because we should be our own best friend. Mind you, this could get complicated, and in some countries, pornograpic, but I think you see my point....

I work myself too hard. Every boss person I have ever had has told me that they never told me to work as hard as I do. I can't stand work in front of me it has to be behind me.
