Take a fist time home owners class. Start saving money so that once you get in your home you have money to fall back on. Don't worry, buying a home is a good thing. Check with Lending tree.com to see how much you can afford. Good Luck. I bought my 1st property at 21 and now I am 30.

I work as a loan officer, i need to know your credit scores, how many lates you've had 30 day, 60 day, how long you've had a credit history. What is your income, and as far as looking for foreclosed properties, you need to be more careful and have some experience so you won't end up paying a lot of out-of-pocket money, and then not able to sell the property........If you want more info, you need to answer my questions or e-mail me at edgarambart23@yahoo.com, and we'll discuss it in more details..

The first thing you should know is what u qualify for based on your credit situation( credit score) and if u have any money down. if you go thru a realtor, that is more fees because they have to be paid as well. For sale by owners are good. These things I know because I'm a mortgage broker myself. Would be happy to answer further questions. Everyone should know about buying homes.........
