First you have to come up with a practice schedule ,and then you have to have a group of committed models that can work with your schedule.Next you have to come up with themes for your show, and what kind of styles you want. Then you have to come draw up a contract saying that the clothes least to them if anything shall happen to them, then they will be responsible. Then call stores in the area,or the mall, and them them that your throwing a fashion show, and that you were wondering if they could sponsor you,and loan some clothes for the show, and in return their names will be mentioned at the show.Once you have their approval, they'll let the models come in and try On the clothes and take the loaned clothes with them. You have to have volunteers so that you'll have someone helping with the lights, and get an MC,and help with the clothes backstage.(the best thing to get would be parents of the models or church members)You have an idea,i hope i helped.Try to get as many donations as possible. You should make up a script to what you should say to the stores so you can just read it and not be stumbling over your words when your on the phone with them. You might even want to have the models do a bake sell to raise money for props and stuff......or a car wash.....

1.Book a place to have fashion show
2.Make sure clothes are designed/ready to go early
3.Get models
4.Advertise
5.SELL SELL SELL
6 perform the show
tips 1 and2 can be switched around it doesn't really mater i would do 2 first if i was you hire all trust worthy models or get some friends to help out. Advertising is not every hard get posters put a school bulletin board.Sell as many tickets as possible if your even selling tickets. 1. Find a place where you would like to have the show.
2. Find some clothing stores that are willing to donate clothes for the show.
3. Ask friends or hire models to wear the clothes down the runway.
4. Make flyers, send emails and promote your show so people will come watch.
You could also have a small fee to attend and donate the proceeds to charity. Oftentimes if you do that, venues won't charge you anything to use their place. Store & models usually will do things as volunteers as well for good causes.
