i know this guy who has a 4 year relationship but claims he doesnt want the pressure and the "must" call,"must do" and he wants to be or feel free.so a guy that wants to be free how can he be in a serious relationship?

The guy really needs to decide whether or not he actually wants to be in a serious relationship at this time in his life. Then if he decides that he does, he needs to let his partner know how he feels. A lot of relationships fall apart due to this lack of communication and understanding. If he is serious and discusses his issues with his partner, they might be able to commit to a happy medium and live like every other successful couple do, with compromise. I myself do not like the do this do that policy my partner takes once in a while, but then again doing something for my partner shouldn't always be a chore.

He cant really. Either hes lying about being in one or his mate is allowing hin to do whatever he pleases and doesnt care which again is not a real serious relationship. Take your pick
