Depends, every woman is different. Usually, about 4-5 weeks, even sooner if you're pregnant with twins.

My exhaustion hit 2 weeks after conception, and so did food cravings & aversions.

In fact, we first figured out that I was pregnant because I slept all afternoon and then ordered chocolate chip pancakes with a side of broccoli for dinner -- exactly 2 weeks after the conception.

My missed period, having to pee, and being tired were the only symptoms I had until I started showing about a month ago. The fatigue came about the time I took my test (at 7 weeks), and needing to pee constantly followed shortly and only went away temporarily before coming back again. I'm 25 weeks now.

Everyone is different I alwasy got really itcjing in the first couple of weeks and I had morning sickness from like 5 weeks to my 2nd trimester.

With my 2nd- I knew when I was a week, my brest leaked. and they felt sore!( the test wasnt even showing positive yet!)

With my first I knew when I was 7 weeks. Then I was horrifically sick! until after about 4 months!

About 4 or 5 weeks you should see signs, such as tender breasts, some swelling and bumps on the areolas.

With my first, I knew immediately. I couldn't stop regurgitating. Then I took a test and it was positive.

everyone gets them at different times. its too hard to say when every pregnancy is different so there is no way to compare one to another
