this is a VERY hard question to answer, because there are different ways to look at global warming.
1. People will say nothing will happen, because global warming is purely a myth. This is possible true. What proof is there? The polar ice caps are melting? Well, in some parts of the world, glaciers are actually getting bigger. What else? The earth is getting warmer? There are theories that say that is perfectly normal. Without the temperature increasing every so often, we'd still be living in the ice age. So, in this view, nothing will happen. The earth may be a degree higher, but thats all natural and nothing will come of it.
2. Sme people may say that food will change. It will be hotter and many foods won't be able to grow in their new temperatures. They'll say that global warming is going to completely mess up the earth, and that we're all screwed because of cars. They'll say we're all doomed because some people wanted to save some time.
3. Some people will say that even though global warming exists, 100 years won;t be enough to change the world drastically. Eventually, the world may have a real problem, but that it will take MUCH longer than 100 years to change anything,

See? there are so many different ways to look at this question, so you probably won't get a straight answer. It really depends on opinion. There is no scientific proof of global warming apart from the fact that the world HAS gotten a little warmer. But the debate comes from that. Is that natural? Maybe it is... who knows? We'll just have to wait and see :)

Global warming is happening at such a slow rate that in 100 years it may increase one to two degrees. As far as the land issue, I do not understand your question. I think you mean less land, if so, American farmers are producing more with less land now than in any time in history. Technology in farming will increase and we will start using some undeveloped areas to also grow crops. So stop being a chicken little and get out there and help with more important issues.

The fact is that if the globe is really warming it will INCREASE arable land! Look at a map sometime and imagine the warm, moist areas moving a little north while still encompassing the equator.
