Can a dry cleaner possibly remove the spot? What about a shoe repair place?

You could try a mild soap, if that doesn't work, try findernail polish remover. If that doesn't do the trick, just stain the entire sandle darker.

They might. I would start with the cleaners, but choose a good one. Silk is tricky, depending on what is on the shoe.

I know that if you have a silk shirt you should never clean it yourself, I don't know about shoes. But you can buy Dry cleaning kit at the supermarket, and try that. or re dye them. Good Luck
