Im a pharmacy dispenser and ive never had anyone reporting having their willy explode!
Though we did have a warning come round from the British Medical Association that some rather potent fake viagra was doing the rounds in clubs, and that the effect was a prolonged, painfull hard-on lasting about 2 days. We never got anyone walk in the pharmacy with a big ol stiffy, but my mate is a nurse in A & E and had someone come in with it, he was told he could have an injection in his groin which would help it go down within 3-4 hours, or go home and wait for nature to take its course.
He opted to wait, unsurprisingly!

No your willy will not explode.
Viagra make erection possible only if there is desire. Viagra is an enhancer for the mechanical portion of erection.
In other words, no lust, no erection. In street words: Not hot, no hard-on.
Now, taking too much Viagra can provoke a marathon headache and also a bluish vision condition far from comfortable.
Viagra is supposed to be prescribed 'cause your doctor knows your blood pressure and other particular issues about your health.
There are substances that actually produce erections and increase desire, like Yohimbe. But German Government's Institute For Study of Effects Of Plants in Humans, Commission "E", warns that high blood pressure could be an unwanted by-product of using it.
You can rest assured no willy explosion is possible by taking Viagra !

It will not make it explode but it may cause you to have a hard-on for hours and that can cause some serious damage and other complications please direct this question to your Dr. and get the low down since Viagra increases blood flow to your penis in takes it from other areas depriving systems any medicine should be used as directed period.

Not really explode but can weaken the blood vessel walls and cause them to burst causing your willy to look afull blue and will burn inside when vessels burst

No, actually. Viagra has more to do with increasing production of "feel-good" hormones in the brain rather than actually going south. The hormones are what make you turned on, not the pill itself.

NO! But you may get an uncontrollable hard on for hours on end! And possibly go get your stomach pumped!! Happy pill taking! And BE CAREFUL!
