Why don't we just legalize murder and fraud and robbery and rape. Smoking Marijuana is illegal and just because millions do it desn't make it right. Millions of people around the world supported the 911 attacks, does that make them rifght? Crime is crime and people who commit it should be punished. Lock up the crinials who use, grow and/or sell marijuana.

I've never smoked it in my entire life, but I think it should be legal. When something is legal it is monitored much more. Kids can get MJ easier than cigarettes or alcohol. Why is alcohol legal and MJ Isn't? It doens't make sense.

Plus, think of the tax dollars it would generate to legalize it and tax it like cigarettes.

we need to stop believing in religion once and for all.. and form a global community..

when we have peace we need ot get rid of ALL CHEMICALS in our lives.. and try replace as many modern medicines with natural remedies.. which are increasingly being accepted..

We also need ot break up global monopolies like Du Pont which has ensured that cotton production took favor over hemp, which originally played a major role.. and was phased out by Du Ponts..

Mary Jane should then be legalized.. along with all plant species.. which sohuld be opened for testing for cures and stuff like that..

I know a MS sufferer who uses mj.. to great effect.. and many have cured themselves of depression and mental illness ironically.. USING pot..

It does not cause cancer .. tobacco is the nasty killer.. not pot.. so we should make ciggs illegal.. and pot legal.. and allow people to grow their own so we stop wasting money on expensive ciggarettes and illegal mariwanna..

Yes it should be legal, but the prescription drug industry will not let that happen.

It should be, but this country would be the last to do it.

It'll never happen here. We are well on the way to outlawing cigarette and cigar smoking.
