Go to www.nfl.com
It will give you schedules, history, and can show you a guide to learning the rules of football. Or just ask your Dad. That's what he's there for and I'm sure he'd love to tell you all about it anyway.

The Vikings will be playing against the St. Louis Rams. Could be a good game, if both teams are fighting for a wild card play off spot.
You might check out the rules page at NFL.com

They will play the St. Louis Rams. They have a pretty decent chance at winning.
Really, I'm no relationship guru (girlfriend is kind of in your boat) but why not talk to him about the Vikings? You get to talk about something somewhat positive and you'll learn what to do. Steve Hutchinson was their big signing this offseason (he's an offensive guard) so that's something you can start off with. Also, the lack of productive receivers on the team has to attribute to their mediocre start.
Or you can go on websites and look them up, such as the one in my sources.

Firstly, you're sweet to get those tickets. They'll love you forever for that. I guess if I were you, I'd go on the Viking web site and familarize yourself as much as possible. Also on the net, you can learn the basics. One thing I don't recommend and that is asking a lot of questions when their playing. Forget being men, I'm a woman and it drives me crazy when someone is asking A LOT of questions when I'm intently watching the game. I'm not saying don't ask anything just don't go overboard. You'll catch on.

They are playing St. Luis Rams that night, and although I am obviously a huge Rams fan, the Vikings will probably win. Here is a good site to learn the basics about Football:http://football.calsci.com/Positions.html

ur not stupid i didn't kno' football when i went 2 my first game either.when the teams do the coin toss, the team which calls it correct, either decides to recieves(gets it) or kicks(kicks to the other team).u have 4 chances to get a ''first down''(next ten yards) most teams ''punt'' the ball when they get to 4th down or if they don't the other team gets the ball which is called ''turnover on downs''but if u make it within the four chances u start over from first down going toward their goal the one that u score on.(that's a good thing)that's just some of the many rules but i may bore u with all u have 2 read =)

their quaterback is Brad Johnson, their runningback is Chester Taylor...they are their best players. You should ask him some questions about the team...it opens up lots of doors in relationships
