And the answer was given as: Hayward Wisconsin has a Jan. Axe throwing competition. They may do some top roping. (there is two kinds, one is a climb up a cliff on a rope and the other is lumber jack thint where they top a tree with the help of the "top rope' which the lumber jack needs to climb up and get into position. They also have heated pools every where.
