How can you get a boy who is just one of your friends to notice you.You can get your brother or sister or cousin to ask him out for you but everytime he say that he has to think about it,he already has a girlfriend,or something else.

Using others to communicate is the worse idea. You have to speak up for yourself to him. But if he is like he is - you can be only disappointed.

I would have to say it sounds like he's not interested. At least not interested in a romantic relationship.
It happens and you just have to move on. Sometimes it clicks for one, but not the other.
