I really like the song "Only Hope" by Mandy Moore but it is slow so i dont know if that would be good. if your looking for hip hop than i wouldnt know. Something by carrie underwood, rascal flattsor the song "Do I make you Proud" by taylor hicks. I hope your ballet solo goes well!

If you are thinking vocals, then Amazing Grace is a good song. Norah Jones also is wonderful! If you don't want vocals, do something like The Bach Cello Suite 1 Prelude. Trust me, I'm a dancer!

bring in the clowns

if that's what the tittle is. i think so. my ballet class was going to dance to that but one of the girls in my class is very picky and it's either her way or the highway and she didn't like the song so we ended up dancing to "colors of the winds" which is another good one to dance to.

good luck and keep on dancing!

You should combine things you know, and probably ask your Ballet teacher for ideas.

Unless you want to do something classical, "Goodbye My Lover" by James Blunt would be a great song....

I think it would be really cool if you tried Bonnie Raitt's Angel From Montgomery, or Cyndi Lauper's At Last. (If it doesn't have to be a classical piece.)

"The Moonlight Sonata" by Beethoven. Its dramatic,slow and fast,beautifully written, and will give your audience something to remember. You can probably find it at;
