i swear that i saw breathing on my window a few nights ago but im not sure!

I once saw the ghost of an English Civil War soldier walking through a thick hedge as I was cycling at night on a quiet backroad. Scared the **** out of me!

I've seen a couple ghosts... Now one might say its trick of the eyes, or some psychological symptom.. but I still saw them.. The first one was in grade 11, two months after my mom died.. I would see this dark grey shadow walking around my house... at first I couldn't sleep at night.. and when I looked at my mom's pictures, i saw her moving around in them, as if they were going to jump out at me.. and when i was near the shadow, i felt electric..
Sometimes, we get more shadows in our house, we live right next to a hospital, so whenever i feel something on my shoulder or head that doesn't feel right, and i see dark movement, I think its possibly a ghost again...
Another strange story, in my boarding school, there's a story of a cook who hung himself in the bell tower.. Now I went up there with my old girlfriend, and we saw the darkest shadow slowly flying across the hall into the wall.. Scared the hell out of us, haven't been up at night since.. also, the ghost of a girl who's parents were satanic like, would come to bother us, since we lived in the room she was once in.. very very scary then!!! now that I'm out of high school, its better..

Seen a ghost? Well, I am sure that people have seen things that they couldn't explain and so said, "Ghost!" or "Life Force!"
As for me, I have seen things I cannot explain but I do not dare to try to classify the unknown for fear of creating some new religion that will empty the minds of more people.

I guess that would depend in what you define as a "ghost".
If by ghost, you mean the remaining energies of a person's soul that has departed this physical plane....then yeah, I've seen quite a few, but they don't last, it is just residual energy.
If by ghost you mean a "spirit", one with intent, be it good or malevolent....no, not a one.

I myself have never seen a ghost, but my mom definately has!! Go to theshadowlands.com her story is on page 11, story number 212!! My mom is a very honest person..she would never make these things up like a lot of people do!

Yes I have only once though. even though I am a paranormal investigator and have caught many things on video. have only come face to face once. and just a glimpse.
