Do you mean you luteal phase or lunar phase?

One is the phase from you period to when you ovulate and the other refers to where the moon is in the sky.

If you mean, luteal phase, you need to start a basal temp chart and after a few months you will get a sense of how your cycle runs. The best place I have found for an easy explanation is at www.fertilityfriend.com. They have a few program that easy to follow and lots of expalnations. I became a pro at it!!

Do an on-line search of ovulation and I'm sure you'll find websites that offer ovulation calculators. It might help, however, to know how long your cycles are. If not, it might be rather difficult. If you don't, don't sweat it. There are websites that also offer info on fertility signs. Do a google search on that. Good luck!!
