You could use MySpace, but it's not really a website. More of a profile. But you can post pics, location, and a lot of information. You can add friends to comment you, message you, and IM you. I have a Myspace, I use it to communicate with my friends. I guess it depends on what kind of website you want to run. You are more than welcome to use MySpace. Just go to Myspace.com and set up an account.

Learn HTML over time, but sites like Angelfire.com will let you build sites using templates or just code.
I can give you a code for Angelfire that will block the ads.
Code for Firefox, tweak for IE.
