I'm not sure about this question. You say "a person who...", which would be a noun, but then you ask for an adjective. And what do you mean be "from 6 letters"? Do you mean a word OF six letters, or do you mean a word (six or more letters long) that's made FROM six unique letters?

Here's a noun that fits: Savant. The English meaning is "man of learning." It's from the Latin "sapere" (to have sense, be wise).

And here's a noun of six letters that in colloquial British English is also an adjective: Wizard. The original meaning was "a man of wisdom and knowledge." It has the same root as "wisdom" and "wise."

British Slang (adjective). superb; excellent; wonderful, clever, able, skilled: That's wizard!
