I believe they started putting those in in 94" check the dash. If you see SRS ( supplemental restraint system ) then it does. You can also call the dealer and give them the vin and they can tell you. Vin is located on a little tag on the drivers side in the dash looking through windshield

My 1996 S10 Blazer has drivers side, but not on the passenger. no side curtains either, my believe i might have seen them on my friends 2002, but don't quote me on it.

My 95 S-10 has the drivers side(in steering wheel)! :-)=

Depends if that option was added or not if you have them it should say so on the steering wheel and if you have passenger side it should say so on the passenger side dash.
