I wouldn't count on it being delivered. Its possible that all of the mail goes to the front desk of the trailer park, in that case, they may sort it and get it to her; otherwise, you take your chances. Try seaching whitepages.com for her; maybe it will help. Also, try googleearth, you can zoom in on the address, then cross reference it with the known addresses and figure out which house number. Keep in mind that if it is close-knit trailer park, a neighbor may give it to her if you send it to the wrong house.

If the Letter Carrier knows where it goes he/she will deliver it. If they cannot determine where it goes you will get it back marked IA (Insufficient address.) If this is your client then you may have a right to obtain the information via the privacy act. Contact your local post office and ask for the correct protocol. It used to cost one dollar, but that may have gone up over time.

No, without a complete address expect the post office to just return it to you.
You can try: calling her; calling the manager of the trailer park; looking it up at an online white pages like http://www.theultimates.com ; possibly contacting the post office directly to ask about options.

it depends on the town and mail system. generally no it would be kicked back. however if it's a small town - it could very well reach her - but might take longer then normal. you could call the trailer park and mail it there and they should be able to get it to her. however if it's a client and you want ti ofifical - you should get the full address.

No, it will not arrive - even in a small trailer park. The post office will send it back to you. I sent a letter to my cousin and left off the apartment number and it was returned and stamped saying "Apartment Number required." You would th ink they would look at the names on the mailbox as they are sorting the letters for that building.
Do as Scoe mentions - send it in care of (i.e., c/o) the Trailer Park. This community will know the number of her trailer and deliver to her.
