my advice would be to KEEP visiting doctors until one takes you seriously enough to explore your condition until the problem is uncovered and solved.
eye pressure---could be elevated blood pressure, which can happen to a teenager.
headaches----could be weather, food, stress, blood pressure related.
chest pain----could be related to poor blood circulation, stress,
panic attacks, and many other ?
numbness-----could be diabetes, depression and anxiety, poor blood circulation, etc.
see another doctor because all these symptoms together point to what could be a very serious illness. DON'T take "everything is normal" as an answer. your symptoms are real. kep searching for a real diagnosis.

Sounds like a kink in your next. Try sleeping in a differant position. Also there are several exercises you can do to loosen up the muscle's in that area (which can pinch a nerve and cause pressure in all the appropriate places that you are mentioning. Were you recently in some type of accident, playing a sport, car, etc. Do you weight train exercise perhaps you have pulled a tendon. Try sitting in a warm bath or having someone massae teh area between your neck and shoulder. You could see a bone and joint specialist or someone that deals with the muscle skelotal part of your body. Good luck

Maybe try taking a multi vitamin everyday and make sure your well hydrated. Dehydration could explain the nausea, eye pressure and headaches and a vitamin deficiency could contribute to the wrist and chest pain.

Well, to answer this in any kind of *good* way, it'd be best to know what you do activity wise.... do you run, blade, snowboard, sit at a computer all day, etc. Did you have any kind of injury within the time frame of this starting?

I'd suggest going to another doctor for a second opinion.
