Well, C.S. Lewis argues that the existence of a conscious, the desire to do good is what proves the existence of God. He says that our herd instinct and the instinct of fight/flight often become negated when the conscious comes into play.

Well, if you look around you and the entire universe you have to either believe that it is chance or there was a creation of some kind.
If you walked into a billiard hall and saw balls moving on the table, you would have to conclude that something hit the balls into motion.
There is no concrete evidence of God either existing or existing because evidence is science. Science cannot explain "before the universe", so science cannot test something that isn't physical.
So the evidence you are looking for isn't in a textbook or a scientific manual. It's how you interpret the world and universe around you.

Faith in God's existence, can be compared to the same faith Mathematicians place in the postulates of Geometry. The five postulates of Euclid are unprovable, but nevertheless accepted as true. So why do people accept this, but reject God? For one thing, there are no moral issues in Geometry, however, human beings are a moral agency and responsible for their actions, and will be held accountable. A negative argument is, that evolution doesn't provide an adequate explanation for the origin of the universe. The Big Bang is an anomaly which can't be explained scientifically, because it can't be tested via the scientific method.
Life doesn't come from non-life(Law of Abiogenesis), plus order doesn't rise out of chaos, it is the reverse(Entropy)

Gods were always the way people used to explain the sun the moon, etc, and in some cultures used in fear to control the masses.
Why was there miracles years ago and now there is none, no real sign of god, other than that from the past, maybe im wrong, but Im not really sure.
If there was he would not allow all the bad things to happen like they are now!

Testimonial evidence is not acceptable if perjured; that is not based on truth. There is no evidence that supports religious claims of god. There are many arguments and " proofs ", easily rebutted, but there is not one scintilla of evidence.

None.
There is no evidence for the existence of any god. All gods must be accepted on faith.
Dark matter is measurable and testable; its effects can be seen. If you wish, you can study enough mathematics to see the proof of the existence of dark matter for yourself.
Testimony in a court of law is not testable evidence; it is a social convention that allows judges and juries to believe or reject that testimony, and so that is not evidence.
Evidence can be weighed, measured, and seen. Religions and gods cannot.

It is testimonial evidence. We still accept such evidence in courts of law today and send people to jail for crimes based on the same type of evidence. You want forensic evidence? Then you will have to adjust some physical theories to allow for the supernatural--which is outside the box for what we call normal but then so is the "dark matter" that astrophysicists say 90 percent of the universe is composed of, stuff we are only guessing at.

God and evolution as well as where did everything come from are all concepts none of them are really provable. Obviously some will always agree with religion while others will always agree with science. Personally i believe in something totally different from the above but that wasn't the question.

Everything in nature, including humans. They were made so precise that pure chance couldn't of done it. Also how would you explain that a girl I know was getting prayed for, because she had breast cancer, after they were done she privatly checked it and found the lump was gone. I have witnessed many healings of people, in fact I myself have been healed of whiplash, in one instance.
There is also the ever present human wondering of if there is a God. So where would that thought come from if there weren't a god?

There are many ways to approach such a claim. Personally, I like the law of cause and effect, which leads logically to an uncaused Cause.
