I am trying to remember the name of a series I remember seeing around the late 80s/early 90s. It was animated and featured a family living in a cave. However, I recall them having things like a kitched, lights, and other conveniences. I remember a father, mother, a couple of kids (one being a baby that sat in a high chair and threw his food), and a grandma. I remember it being somewhat Simpsons-like. The kids would have trouble at school, or the father would do something stupid. I remember seeing it on Saturday mornings. I don't believe it was geared for smaller kids, I am thinking something in the 10+ year old range. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you talking about dinosaurs. it was sort of like claymation the granmother was grumpy and the baby always threw food.

I believe it was dinosaurs and the baby went around saying "not the momma!" was kinda like the Simpson's meets the Flintstones.

it was dinosaurs but it was a series on tv prime time..not in the mornings...the baby hit dad on head with pan and said not the momma!!!!there were also a older son and daughter...robbie was the son...dad earl..mom fran...daughter charalene...baby was baby...grandma ethyl!!!was produced by Jim Henson!

yelp def. dinosours. i use to love that show, the nrothers name was robbie, i cant remember the baby or the sisters name. but the baby always said "not the mama" it was pretty funny for its time.
