I would take people on high adventures:
Travel
Camping
Canoeing
hang-gliding
sky-diving etc.
I am not doing that now because I do not have a USHG hang-gliding rating, I am not a jump master (and my ankles wouldn't never take the constant stress), but mostly because no one would pay me a quarter mil. No one would even pay me a tenth of that.
You know what? I'd SING. Problem is: I can't. And even if I could - who would hire me? Who would be my band? How would I ever get started.
But, I've been a pyrotechnician, Human Services Professional, stockbroker, swim instructor, camp counselor, a psychological therapist - in the state of NY there are no certifications necessary for that designation, research assistant, and now I'm going to drive a truck. I consider myself luckier than most.

As I understand job is a part of living. Place were you are realizing yourself. However I believe that point in your question is to quit and entertain yourself with laziness. It sounds nasty and boring in the end. Somehow despite of fact that I am a quite poor person and $250,000 a year is a lot of money I still believe I will deny them after hearing such restriction or I will simply cheat you and use this money for example to fulfill my dreams or simple give it to some charity to have such heavy curse out of head... but we are talking only about theoretical situation. I cant swear I will behave exactly this way. I am changing each moment. New ideas comes to my mind, I am getting more experienced and maybe even more cold and selfish. Temptation... Only moment of choice prove truth about someone, so in fact I cant honestly answer your question. Sorry. And I work in production...

I would love to be a librarian at a children's library. That is by far the coolest job to have I think. I'd do it for free if I could afford it.
Right now, though, I'm doing something I hate..in a dreary office with boring coworkers. ugh
