A Question or Two.
Do you live to work, or do you work to live?
Do you always take, do you never give?
Is job satisfaction to you never known?
Do you sleep in a house, or live in a home?
At the end of the week when you take your wage,
Do you look at the tax and fly into a rage?
Or do you accept when they deduct what’s due,
To take care of the poor who are unable to?
Do you rant and rave at the strange refugee?
Whose odd clothes and colour, is all that you see?
Never thinking that your folks were in the same plight,
When they came to this country to start a new life.
Do you never see beauty, where beauty exists?
Do you argue your point and always insist
That you’re always right, never once were you wrong,
Have you ever bothered to learn a love song?
When you answer these questions, whether it’s Yes or No,
It makes little difference provided you show,
That it’s possible to change even at this late stage,
And have love and peace ‘till you reach your old age.

I guess we have gone a little serious here. I live to learn the life's lessons that I was put on this planet to learn, to give back, and not just take and to raise a family of productive off-spring who also give back.... and hopefully to have a little fun along the way.
