Once I've reminded myself what an extraordinary world it is and how I won't be here forever it usually gives me the necessary kick. Otherwise chocolate is good. A cappuccino on the patio with my wife. A glass of wine and some olives. The company of friends. Eating when you're hungry. Walking on the beach. I could go on but ultimately I think anything and any experience can inspire us or give joy. It's just a matter of how you look at it.

Personally I have too many things to get up for. I am writing a book, making a graphic novel, writing a drum n bass album, recording a punk album, trying to improve my art portfolio - all of these with an eye to start making some money from my (possible) talents.
Thing is, I get up, start one of the things, then think of another, and in the end I never get anything done.
So, every day I get up just to kid myself I'll ever successfully get any of these things finished and published.

My husband and kids are what make me get up in the morning. There are plenty of days that I would like to bury my head and never get up. The thought that they depend on me and need me to get up is reason enough for me. I wouldn't want to miss one day in my boys lives and I would never want to hurt them. That is my drive, spark and reason for living. My two sons ages 7 and 3.

Life is worth living with it's ups and downs. It becomes more fascinating when accepted as an experience and not a constant evaluation between good/bad.

usually me cursing my alarm clock, the spark,mmm taxman ,bills to be paid,always a great dicider on getting up and going to work,
dreams since i started keeping the tax man happy,only he dreams now,

to mk other peps happy as well as urself! all u av to do is hold the door open or smile at someone new and u cud mk their and ur day. Plus, the thought of leaving my family and upseting them so much is just awful!

I guess it would be my wonderful children, my loving husband, my job which I love and generally because the bloody alarm clock keeps waking me up and reminding me its time to get up. Oh and I usually need to pee.

My angel who I found just over a year ago. I love her to bits and she is the one that keeps me going, she's always there for me. For each of us, there is an angel out there somewhere, find them, and you find true love. True love keeps live going.
