Cebu City Accomodation?

Hi, is there any subdivision accomodation in the Banilad/Lahug area of the city, if so, any websites showing rentals, any ideas on prices for a 1 bed house/condo.

The price could vary a lot in Cebu City. Its just want standard of living you want. Rent could go anywhere from 8000 pesos upwards to 20,000 pesos.
