She has stated that there will be an investigation. This said, depending on the findings, congress shall act accordingly. I just hope she uses the same type of intelligence seeking tools used by this administration to come up reasons to invade Iraq. . .It would serve justice with a poetic flair!

Americans clearly stated what they wanted on November 7th. And just in case you didn't know this, part of that decision included Nancy Pelosi's policies. Now take a pill, stop whining, and give the Dems a chance to prove themselves before making stupid statements.

Because she's acting like a mature ADULT. This crap about "payback" will NEVER END if someone doesn't stand up and say enough. And she's the one to do it. Is it popular, maybe not, but its what people want. We can play, "Impeach the other sides President" for the next 200 years (everyone is human, everyone makes mistakes or forgets things, therefore everyone is impeachable) but why do something so stupid. Let's get past the "I hate your side" and lets get to the business of making laws and getting business done. You say she is acting against America, funny, she's doing exactly what I want her to do, be a consumate politician, mending fences and getting to work. Maybe she's not doing what YOU WANT, but you can't please everyone. Sorry.

Its called governing and if the democrats want to keep control over congress and possibly get the white house in two years then they had best spend their time dealing with the issues facing our country instead spending all their time on long drawn out trials that won't improve anything.

Your link is a poll. Anyway, what has she acted on that's got you in a tizzy already? She's expressed a desire to work on a bipartisan level, that's a big plus. She isn't impressed or scared by GW or his goons, that's a huge plus. Why don't you add on more details, it's impossible to figure out what you are referring to.

Your link goes to a poll. If you are saying that Pelosi doesn't want charge brought, that is because she (and the Democrats) are not in power, yet. I would be surprised if, after January, there weren't numerous investigations.

If she is against what Americans want...Why was she voted in by Americans?

Your link tells me nothing!

Because she is a politician. To be fair, she said before the election that impeachment was off the table - so we knew she would be gutless before the election was even run.

I think she is treading cautiously, drawing from the lessons of Clinton's impeachment, and looking ahead to 2008.
