There were a lot of grunts and moans before he finally answered my "Hello?" and then there was some heavy breathing as I was telling him off and telling him not to call my house anymore I'm on the DNC registry.. I think he was enjoying me yelling at him...Strange??

Unlless he said he represented a company, (or even if he did) I seriously doubt it was a telemarketer. These people work in offices with other people, for God's sake. You had a perv on the line, or maybe it was just a fat guy who dropped his pencil and was trying to lean over and pick it up when you answerd?
