I would wear a nice button down shirt and black slacks with a nice pair of dress shoes. Fix your hair pretty nice, dont wear too much purfume, and not too much make up!

GOOD LUCK! :)

Dress like a receptionist for the interview. Depending on the work environment look the part. eg: A law firm might require a more polished look. Just look nice for the interview so yeah dress up. but don't over do it.

You don't need to wear a suit if that's what you mean. Nice pants and skirt are a must. Aside from that, a fitted v-neck sweater with a collared blouse underneath, would look professional enough. A young lady interviewed here wearing pretty much the same thing. She got the job. If you don't want to wear the sweater, wear some nice trendy beads in the inside of your blouse (meaning not around and under the collar!) That is a nice office look. Good Luck.

The rule of thumb is that you determine what the normal dress for the position is, then dress up just a little more than the job requirement warrants.

Do you have to? NO.
But, if you really want the job you'll give yourself all the advantages you can get. If you put in extra effort in your looks and clothing, then the company will know that you will usually do more than required and they'll want to hire you over those who are equally qualified as you.

Hope this helps.

Yes you do. Because the next applicant who is dressed up would make a vastly better impression than you if you aren't dressed up.
ALWAYS dress up as if you were one position higher than that you are interviewing for. It gives the interviewer the impression that you're professional and serious about getting the job.

You should wear black dress pants or khaki pants and a nice shirt with a collar. You want to looked dressed up so you appear to have your act together, look as if you're trying to get the job/you want it, & it shows professionalism. You just don't want to wear a dress, that'll over do it.

I would buy a new suit from tj maxx for cheap ya know, and go there. My sister went dress in a fancy dress, well let's just say she didn't get the job, she was too dressed up.

Keep in mind you never want to look too casual , unless the job you are interviewing for is a casual environment. Anything else you want to be professional in attire and attitude.
