They say its because your feeding um too much. I dont always belive that tho, cause your baby knows when hes hungry and when hes not. Maybe try to burp him more after every oz or so

When in doubt, always consult your Dr. because, you never want to downplay what could be a serious condition with a baby.

As they grow so many different allergies and medical situations can occur that may not have shown its face when they were born; my daughter's eczema was not detected until she was 6 months old for instance and needless to say that is a very irritating allergy for an infant/child.

Also, spitting up/vomiting can be a sign of reflux and that condition is painful for both babies and adults. The burning of the throat area is VERY uncomfortable. So, although it may not be full blown vomiting, just watch your baby carefully and look for signs of discomfort on his face, touch his tummy to see if there is upsetness there after eating, etc and again see your Dr.

Have you changed his diet or formula. Were you breast feeding and now you arent? Something has changed in his schedule and it is usually the introduction of some kind of new food. If he is a bottle baby and drinking a bottle, your nipples might be too old or not the right strength and he is taking in a lot of air with his formula. His mouth is much stronger now and sometimes we forget that we need to change nipples on a bottle more frequently.

It could be a lot of different reasons. If you changed his food at all, that could definately be it. Or you could be feeding him too much. Sometimes, even if a baby is really all that hungry he will still eat, but then his stomache can't hold it all, so he spits it up.Good luck and God bless!

Spitting up after every feeding is normal. In fact it's just stuff coming up after he has burped to get the gas off his tummy.
