The American press really mucked up all of the information on the war and the Bush Administration since 9/11. It's hard to determine what exactly the real story is. I suggest that we ask the troops. Questions like yours just convince me that the lop-sided media has been able to affect your thinking and your opinion. No one knows if Bush lied, but we know that Bill did and Hillary does. It's a matter of public record. Bush and "Rummy" did the best they could. We're fighting a different kind of war. Our target is the enemy. Our enemy's target is the innocent and defenseless. We engage them where ever we can find them. They hide like cowards, afraid to face us in the open. They may not be equipped to take us on in a fair fight, but then, they started this mess as far back as 1979. Don't blame Bush or "Rummy" for this war, blame the ones who started it.

I'm sorry, what? If you're talking about Donald Rumsfeld. for your information, Rumsfeld resigned. He wasn't fired. Bush, a liar? As far as I know, all U.S. presidents have lied at some point or another. Aren't all politicians liars? I don't know a lot about politics, but I doremember when we declared war on Iraq, Bush said it would not be an overnight thing. It would be a lengthy war, not only on Iraq but on terror. Was he lying when he said that? What about the goals he set for Afghanistan and Iraq about creating a government for the people and not for a belief. did we not get those in place and try to help the people? Sounds like he's kept his word on that so far. I'm not saying I'm for the war, but I'm a strong believer in finishing what i started. Isn't it also true, that a majority of democrats agreed to go to war in Iraq? BUt it's also true that they have realized things weren't going as planned and have now changed their minds and want to withdrw troops? Or was that just so they could gain control of the house and senate. Isn't it true that they don't care about the lives of the soldiers being lost for nothing if our mission isn't accomplished. So stop listening to the media and do your research before you come up with these accusations.

Sounds like some people will use any excuse to use the word liar!

Call it bad decision, poor decisions, miscalculation or ignorance. Truth is: I'm beginning to think "liar" is a made up word for the democratic party to use whenever they can't think of another word.

Why keep this rhetoric up, depends on the democrats of course but, Bush probably is a lame duck!

Yes, he was lying to the US again.

That's part of the reason the voters voted for a change.

I thought that we already established that he lied about that becuase it was election time and he wanted to keep the image that everything was going fine.
