The links in incoming emails don't work. I can not click any link in an email and go to the websites. I do surveys for a local company and this is getting frustrating, Help!!! Please?

If the links are not highlighted they are turned off for security purposes. You can turn them back on but I don't remember exacty where. I'm sure it is listed in Windows help files though.

After doing a test with my own e-mail I noticed that the links will not work in anything other than the "inbox". If you open the mail in "junk mail" or "spamkiller" etc. no go. You have to move the mail to inbox first.

if the link is highlighted in blue ie as a hyperlink all you need to do is to press cntrl key and click on hyperlink .should go straight to link if your internet connection is open
