Is the any way to increase comand point so i can have a bigger army in skirmish mode?

You need to build more farms or trees etc for your army. Thats the only way i know off.

There is an INI file in the game directory that you can edit to increase the command point limit. Unfortunately, I no longer own the game and can't remember what it is. Just look around, run a web search for "bfme command point hack" or something similar.
