Yes, you can get pregnant, even if he didn't insert his penis completely into your vagina. Yes you can get pregnant even if he didn't have an orgasm.
Why don't you go ask your parents this question.

First of all some females really don't have a hymen anyway. In today's modern world females are very active in sports etc and use tampons so any hymen they may have had is stretched at a very young age and isn't even a consideration. Meantime if you are engaging in ANY sexual conduct of any kind you are no longer a virgin. In addition to that sperm deposited anywhere near the vagina by any means can cause pregnancy. As stated you are obviously too young to be engaged in this activity.

I am sure he probably broke it or damaged it at least. If you don't use a condom you will get pregnant and the pull out method is only like 70% effective due to pre come. You need to be careful and make sure this is what you want to start doing because once its gone its not coming back!

If he was inserting his penis into your vagina then you are not a virgin anymore and well you can get pregnent if his penis was anywhere near your vegina and maybe he already gave off a sperm.
